Hiring – temporary work
We take care of the entire hiring process. We sign contracts with them, supervise all formalities and delegate employees to work in your company. Employees work in accordance with the Act on the Employment of Temporary Workers. As part of the contract for the provision of temporary work services, we provide HR and payroll services.

We also offer services related to permanent recruitment. We only hire employees who maintain high standards of work. We have a large database of candidates for the following industries: manufacturing, construction, and cleaning. We recruit for both lower and senior level positions. For our clients, we also carry out difficult recruitment for qualified specialists with appropriate skills, certificates, and knowledge of foreign languages. We launched cooperation with most of our clients when we were starting operating on the market. It is now three years later and they have been working with us to this day.

We also have a separate department dealing with the legalisation of foreigners’ work and ensuring that each employee has a current legal stay in Poland. We monitor new regulations regarding employment of foreigners and we gladly assist in their interpretation.
